Adjuster Qualification

Each of our adjusters must pass through a rigorous qualification process to be used on a claim. This includes an initial evaluation of their resume, verification of their licenses and certifications, a ride along skill check with an experienced Claims Adjusters 411 adjuster, and in-class/online company training. This process helps us ensure that your claims are handled only by the best in the industry.

After qualification, all of our adjusters' contact information, licenses, certifications, proof of E&O coverage, etc. are entered and tracked in our proprietary RosterManager software. The RosterManager program enables us to ensure all of the adjusters' information is kept up-to-date.

 

Access to Your Claims Through Our Online Claims Portal

Claims Adjusters 411 enters and tracks all of its claims through Virtual Claims Adjuster (VCA). Each of our clients is provided with their own login, which they can use to track the progress of every claim through file notes and status updates.
