LIABILITY FILE MANAGER
Investigative personality wanted for Insurance Claims position. A national adjusting company is seeking a liability file manager. We find that the best set skill for this position is someone with the following skills. Investigator, experienced in heavy equipment appraisals and/or someone with an investigative personality who has good communication skills. This position is salary plus commission. There are on-call requirements to instruct and assist field adjusters when responding to field assignments. We will provide training. Job location is in the South Knox County area and John Sevier highway.
An example of the work required is.
When a trucking company has an accident Claims 411 assist the trucking company insurer to compile the facts of the accident. When an accident occurs Claims 411 calls the closest adjuster to the accident scene. That adjuster may be required to travel to the scene and obtain photographs, Statements, meet with the investigating officer and obtain facts of the accident as well as the accident report. He or she may need to travel to a hospital to obtain additional facts as well as travel to tow yards to obtain photographs of vehicles and or cargo involved in the accident. From time to time the field adjuster may be required to transport the insured driver to obtain a drug screen or to a hotel from the tow yard or accident scene.
The position we are seeking to fill is a file manager. This position requires the file manager to instruct and assist the field adjuster in the process mentioned above by phone, text and or email while taking instruction from the trucking insurance company or the trucking company. Candidate will learn the steps needed to conduct an investigation in preparation for potential claims arising from the accident. Candidate will be working with other staff alternating on call time for nights and weekends with other staff. Office presence is required during normal working hours Monday through Friday 8 to 5. After hours pay can be as much as 30.00 per hour.

MARKETING SALES REP
National independent adjusting firm seeks a high energy marketing sales rep to call on self-insured trucking companies, insurance companies and attorneys to solicit business. Will require extensive travel, knowledge of the insurance industry or capable of learning the business. Prefer that the candidate be located with 1 hour of Knoxville Tn but may consider other options. Benefits package include base plus commission and company car.
